The Magical Quarry

We had heard about these amazing gardens in Victoria and we were over the moon to find out that we were having dinner there.
This garden is an old limestone quarry and cement plant. Once the owners had exhausted all the quarry they decided to build a garden.

You walk around the gardens and in one particular spot you can tell it was an open cut quarry. They still have the hole in the ground.
After years and years of collecting plants from everywhere they had made this old quarry into a haven of peace and education. They had booklets on every plant they had and you could ask the gardeners anything.
The gardens were an array of colour. It was spectacular!
